Blossoms
& Thorns
By Frater Valak
Suns will rise and suns will
set;
Seasons continue to change.
So we despise some we've met,
Still the love for others remains.
Seldom we grasp the full demands
Set before the unwary heart when
See the eyes the bountiful lands;
Stirs the mind to wander again.
Helpless before the passionate
lust
Hearty the rush of blood in the vein
Hope is the yen dragged through the dust
Hell brings the following pain.
Herein lies the secret of life:
Hoarse are the sorrowful cries,
Happy in bliss, sadness in strife; in the
Heat of the moment, love dies.
Over the ages and centuries
too
Omens appear from the mire
Of passion and caring, even desire
Ope lay the wounds of those slewn
Offers of undying loyalty
Only to rise up again on the morrow
O heart you fall most continuously
On the body of ultimate sorrow.
Caressing, the touch of an
ocean wave
Combing the beaches of salt
Caution to wind, the heart of the brave
Can life be placèd at fault?
Careening along the abyss of soul,
Catering love to the blind.
Continuing onward, its ultimate goal,
Complete destruction of mind.
Keep thine emotions locked
down.
Kanes drawing blood of the weak;
Killing the heart, parading around
Kid not yourself --- for the sleek
Kind words of whimsical wonder
Kindle an omen of doom.
Kaleidoscope visions of lightning and thunder
Kiss with red lips that consume. |
