Angelic Light

By Frater Mastema

Dark seeds within grow,
Despair black doom,
Bitter bad time rolls,
Hope is futile faith.

I am alone.

Souls came and stayed,
Never lasting desire,
Fading away, gone,
Ship without a home.

I am forsaken.

Misery defeated,
Hell needs to know,
I will let it go,
Dust in dust.

I am deserted.

Glimmer light shines,
Sparkling and bright,
What is this appearing,
I think it a light.

I am blind.

Another squinted look,
An Angel or my doom,
What? Cries the Saviour,
It was not me.

I am dying.

With wobbly legs,
Stomach running round,
Light headed fear,
Angel greeting me.

I am bliss.

Her beauty was unknown,
Hiding immersed within,
The look hard as stone,
Heart of fragile glass.

I am calling.

Gaze the inner scene,
Cry at what I see,
Another desperate Soul,
Alone like me!

I am watching.

Watch from far away,
Close the gap,
A little, ah now,
A little more.

I am silent.

Reach out my hand,
To find behind,
A flower glow,
A flower grow.

I am here.

To talk and laugh,
To share and feel,
To care,
Bliss and blessing.

I am loved.

I sing to you,
My love,
Songs from sea,
Songs from sky.

I am captured.

Dark seeds spill,
Nurtured in your light,
Despair is loosing,
Sunflowers feed my soul.

I am awakened.

Nothing can compare,
Reel from the wreck,
That was my ship,
Lost at sea.

I am home.

Heaven is not above,
Hell is not below,
Glory to the lady,
Dust to life.

I am consumed.
